Tamiya Lunch Box is no longer in our range

The Tamiya Lunch Box was the original wheelie monster truck from 1987 – an icon in the world of remote control. With its classic monster design, big wheels, and ability to perform the craziest wheelies, it quickly became a favorite among both beginners and collectors.

Although the model is now discontinued, we remember the Lunch Box as one of the most fun and legendary kit cars from Tamiya.

Tips and Videos from the Workshop

When we build our own Tamiya cars, we often upgrade the original plastic bearings to real ball bearings. With ball bearings, your car rolls better, providing both more top speed and longer run time. It’s especially a great idea if you're tuning your Lunch Box with the big RS 540 Sport Tuned motorFor the Lunch Box, you need one set each of these - 1150 and 850

Tuning the Lunch Box? Upgrade to Tamiya RS 540 Sport Tuned for maximum top speed and epic wheelies. Need we say it's at your own risk?

If you’re unfortunate enough to need spare parts for your Tamiya car, you'll find all item numbers at the back of your manual. Once you have the correct item number, contact us at support@morfars.dk, and we can order spare parts for you.
