All about TRX-4

Description

TRX-4 Scale and Trail Crawlers from Traxxas. A true scale crawler, built to get anywhere regardless of terrain.

From the car's transmitter, you can both switch between high and low gear and lock the differentials.

When you lock the differentials on the TRX-4, there is 100% traction on all 4 wheels, this ensures maximum grip when you drive in difficult or loose terrain and, as something completely unique, the TRX-4 even has electronic cruise control.

Strong Portal axles, specially developed for the TRX-4, provide maximum clearance so that the TRX-4 can easily reach, up and over any obstacle.

In addition, the TRX-4 is equipped as standard with a strong steel frame, metal gears in the transmission and servo. The car's cruise control and electronics are naturally waterproof.

Battery and charger

The TRX-4 is delivered without a battery pack and charger.

Here are the battery packs that are obvious choices:
Traxxas LiPo 3000 (cheapest)
Traxxas Power Cell LiPo 5800 (more power)
Traxxas Power Cell LiPo 7600 (more of everything!)

If you have a powerful USB-C adapter (e.g., from an iPad or laptop), you can use a Traxxas USB-C charger (you'll need your own USB-C adapter and cable)

We recommend the EZ-Peak Plus which connects directly to 220V. If you want to go all out, check out the EZ-Peak Live.
